Tom Uram is a computer scientist at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility at Argonne National Laboratory, where his work has centered on the use of supercomputers for large-scale computational science. In this respect, he has worked in diverse areas, including proton computed tomography, particle physics, cosmology, and most recently in scaling connectomics applications on Argonne’s current and future systems.
